Hello and welcome! I’m Myles Snider— a chef and writer, among other things.
Mother Tongue Cooking Club is my weekly newsletter to help you become a better home cook. You can expect recipes with step-by-step photo instructions, details about techniques, product suggestions, guides, kitchen tips and tricks, and a bunch more.

About Me
I was raised in a family of cooks, went to cooking school in Mexico City after college, and then cooked professionally at Hartwood restaurant in Tulum, Mexico.
These days, I’m a passionate home cook who loves to help other people learn to cook at home using real, whole-food ingredients. This newsletter is where I do that.
